SHIPPING POLICY
All shipping & handling costs are based upon the total weight of the order as well as courier stipulations. In most cases you will be able to select USPS, UPS or FedEx. Shipping times are calculated once orders have been processed. In most cases orders are processed and shipped on the same day. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email containing a tracking number. In the event of holidays or unforeseen delays your order will ship on the first available business day. Due to current shipping delays please allow a couple extra days for delivery.
RETURN POLICY
All unopened, unused and fully intact items may be returned within 10 business days upon date of delivery. Please inspect your entire order avoid return or exchange delays. Contact us directly for a Return Authorization Code (RAC). Only items with a Return Authorization Code (RAC) will be processed for return. Once we've received your returned item(s) we will process your refund less shipping using the original form of payment. Once your return has been processed you will be notified via email. Please allow a few days for your banking or credit institution to make your funds available.

All Opened and/or used items must be at least 75% intact. Items must be returned in unaltered and undamaged original packaging. Opened and/or 75% used items may be returned within 10 business days upon date of delivery.

Once we've received your returned item(s) we will process your refund using the original form of payment. Once your authorized return has been processed you will be notified via email. EXCHANGE POLICY
We will exchange defective or wrongly received items within 10 days upon date of delivery. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us directly if item(s) and/or packaging is damaged, defective or you have received the wrong item(s). Once your Return Authorization Code (RAC) is processed we will send you a postage paid shipping container at no expense to you. Please return damaged/defective items using prepaid prepaid shipping materials. Once we've received the returned item(s) we will ship you an exchange of the original item(s).Once item(s) have shipped you will be notified via email. In the event of of out of sock items we will contact you to an item adjustment for exchange of original out of stock item(s). Adjusted item(s) will be of equivalent purpose and/or value of original ordered item. We will take every step tp "make it right" and ensure your satisfaction being issuing a refund.
PROCESSING ORDERS
In order to keep our shipping process efficient and effective placed orders are routinely processed within 3-5 days and in most cases shipped on the same day. In the case of holidays or unforeseen delays your order may be processed but may not ship until the next available business day.
